Postcards from Lake Matheson
This time last year (well March 30, not 31), I watched the sunrise at Lake Matheson, located on the west coast of New Zealand’s South Island. It was a peaceful and serene sunrise, with all different variations of blues and purples, and the slightest tinge of pink — a bit different from the vivid pinks and oranges that I’ve seen elsewhere, but beautiful in its own way.
